Mark is the Founding Chef of Blossoming Lotus + the recipient of a 2006 Platinum Carrot Award given by The Aspen Center for Integral Health to ‘America’s Top Healthy Gourmet Chefs’. He is the coauthor of Vegan World Fusion Cuisine - winner of 9 National Awards including ‘Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the USA’. His new ecookbook, 7 Minute Chef,  available at www.7minutechef.com, reveals the secrets to creating healthy + delicious cuisine. Jennifer is a co-owner of the Lotus + opened The Lotus Root, the Blossoming Lotus Juice Bar & Bakery. She excels in the creation of delectable vegan treats. Blossoming Lotus is the winner of the 2006 ‘Ilima Award for ‘Best Kaua’i Restaurant’. Mark and Jennifer just completed work on their next book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Eating Raw, due out in July 2008.
